Copperridge Builders Pty Ltd commenced business in July 2009. Being a family business they offer a caring hand from concept to completion of your building project. Director John Pashen meets with each client before any preliminary design work is undertaken. This enables clients to minimise cost in relation to design.
John’s career in the construction industry began at the age of 15 when in 1975 he was employed as an apprentice Carpenter and Joiner in far north Queensland. Since completing his apprenticeship in 1979 he has worked in many areas of the construction industry, working for himself and for some of SEQ major home builders and renovators John has over 35 years of experience in the house building and renovation industry. As a registered builder John is the nominee BSA licence holder for Copperridge Builders Pty Ltd.
Copperridge Builders Pty Ltd is a member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA). John enthusiastically adopts their code of ethics as a sound principle for his business, and uses their standard forms and contract documents for clients peace of mind. By working closely with his contract drafting and engineering people John and his team can ensure your concept turns into reality.
Employing only in-house trade qualified apprentices, John trains his teams in a multiple of disciplines. Each project is assigned to one of the core trades people who will stay with that project from site start until all carpentry work is complete.
